・9/17 Gate Open 15:00前の入場はお断りさせていただいております。

・小学生以下のお子様は無料です。

・開催期間中シャトルバス以外での外出は認められません。

・タープは1グループ1つまで、テントに連結などして、コンパクトに設営お願いします。

・テントの設置はテントエリアのみに限らせて頂きます。

・テントエリア内への車の出入りは出来ません。お荷物は駐車場に車を停めてからお運び下さい。

・会場内、直火は禁止です。焚火台の利用をお願いします。

・出店の方以外のキャンプ場内の電源利用は出来ません。

発電機利用などもご遠慮下さい。

・雨天決行です。悪天候、他事情での、チケットの払い戻しはございません。

・飲酒運転及び法律で禁止されているもの、危険物の持ち込みは禁止です。

・近くに民家があります。来場の際は安全運転で、音楽のボリュームを抑えるなど、近隣住民の方に迷惑をかけずにお越しください。

・事故、紛失などの生じたトラブルに関して主催者側は責任を負いかねますので自己管理をお願いします。

・イベントでのマナーを守れない方、迷惑になる行為をされている方は、退場して頂く場合があります。

★Important Guidelines★

By purchasing the tickets and participating in the event, we assume your understanding and compliance on the following conditions:

1) The gate to the festival will open at 15:00 on 9/17 (Sat). Prior entrance will not be permitted.

2) Children under the age of 12 (accompanying an adult) will not be charged an entrance fee. Those without proper identification may be denied entrance.

3) We will provide shuttle service to public baths. Once parked, you will not be able to move your car. Re-entrance with the car is not permitted.

4) You will be allowed to build one tarp and tent per group at the designated campsite. Due to the limitation of campsite space, please connect your tent and tarp.

5) You will not be able to drive to the campsite. Please unload your car at the parking space.

6) Open fire type campfire is not permitted. Please use a portable fire pit.

7) Only the registered vendors will be allowed to use electricity at the site. The use will not be open to public and will also not allow generators on the site.

The event will proceed rain or shine. We will not reimburse your money due to the cancellation of part or entire event for typhoon, earthquake or other unforeseeable causes.

9) Please do not (DUI) drive under the influence when you approach or exit the premise. Drive safely and be mindful to neighboring houses near the venue. Please, please DO NOT blast your music with your windows open.

10)This is a peaceful event. Please DO NOT bring weapons and other illegal substances. Please get high on music, people, and ambience. Celebrate life!

11)We cannot be held responsible for accidents and the loss of your personal belongings. Get to know your neighbors and lookout for each other. Never leave your valuables unattended.

12)You may be asked to leave if you don’t comply with the rules or stop your obnoxious behavior. Let’s bring a lot of love and smiles to the dance floor!
